SmallRig Quick Dovetail Kit 1295 directly slides into Manfrotto tripod head to clamp 15mm rods and mount FF or Matte box.
The rod clamp on the dovetail kit 1295 is left/right adjustable, and you can use 15mm rods to prevent the camera from twisting.

As always with Manfrotto, it has solid build quality. There are threaded holes on the bottom of the unit for mounting it as well as two on the sides for keeping spare bolts. The QR plate is identical to the one that came with my camera.
